What are the dimensions of the Nintendo DS Lite game box cover insert?

I’m trying to create my own Nintendo DS lite game cover using Photoshop in an graphic design class and I want to make sure that I have the dimensions correct so that when I get an empty game case, the cover art will fit perfectly.

I don’t have any example covers laying around to measure at this time. Anyone happen to have one laying around that they could measure for me?

I’d like to know if the two colors are different and i have read on the web that the crystal white color is new. I am just wondering if these two are different colors then is the crystal white color in the U.S yet or only in japan. O yea i forgot to mention there is also a Nintendo DS Polar White. Is the nintendo polar white the same as the coral white and the crystal white or is all three colors different?
